Nicole Andree, President

Ms. Andree has over twenty years of experience as an accountant and consultant. Prior to establishing RCC, she worked as a Senior Accountant for a large accounting firm for twelve years. While employed there, she mainly specialized in the health care industry and various small businesses.

Roger Dumont, Senior Accountant

Mr. Dumont is a licensed Multi-level Nursing Home Administrator and has extensive accounting and auditing work experiences both in the health care field and with a public accounting firm. Mr. Dumont is our Senior Accountant and is also available to provide management and consulting services to RCC clients.

Nina Bartlett, Operations Assistant

Ms. Bartlett handles the regular bookkeeping needs of many of RCC’s clients. Her QuickBooks Certification enables her to easily answer client questions and perform training. She also has strong organizational skills that she not only applies internally, but this approach is also provided to the RCC clients to aide them in their own policies and procedures.

Roberta Pratt, Billing Specialist

Ms. Pratt is RCC’s Billing Specialist and has over 10 years in the billing field and 23 years of bookkeeping experience. She is responsible for bookkeeping and billing services for RCC clients.
